Home Solution Oriented Workshops

Teachers play an important role in shaping the future of the country and hence it’s very important to pay a lot of attention on the quality of teachers churned out every year.

As educational leaders, classroom teachers, students and parents will agree that 21st century teaching carries with it a complicated mix of challenges and opportunities. The fact is that 20th century leaders are teaching 21st century learners and it is clear that the 21st century classroom needs are very different from the 20th century ones.

Some of the biggest challenges for school teachers in 21st century:

  • Are students able to relate academics with real life?
  • Can learning be enjoyable/more enjoyable for the students? (do they love to come or are forced to come to school)
  • Can teachers relate the subjects with student’s passion? (so that child excels in both academics and his passion for Ex. sports or dance etc)
  • Do teachers need to teach or create a learning environment in school?

In present classroom, teachers need to be facilitators of student learning and creators of productive classroom environments, in which students can develop the skills they might need at present and in future.

MindMingle Solution oriented workshops are designed for aspiring teachers to learn interactive and better ways of teaching to meet the challenges of 21st century school education. The workshop is experiential followed by reflection and meta-cognition.
