MM Sharing & Learning?

Mind Mingle Sharing & Learning is a movement initiated by Mind Mingle team for creating opportunities for school leaders to learn the best educational practices from the most creative & top schools in India & abroad through practical school visits, workshops and group discussions. More than two hundred schools have been benefitted from this initiative.

We believe that if every school starts to share its best practices with other schools, it will certainly bring an immense change and make every school equally good.

The programs of Sharing & Learning have successfully been conducted in India and every school that participated got benefited. When it comes to take this initiative to the International level, it should be no less than the most creative School in the world to learn from.

The program includes:

Leadership Workshop

• Workshop on “School Leadership for 21st Century”

School Visits:
• Visit to the best performing/unique schools focusing on the best practices being implemented
• Learn and understand the classroom practices through visit to the working classrooms, Interaction with students & teachers.
• Understand the school and school management through interaction with Directors/founders of the schools.

Group discussions:
Since this is a pure gathering of school leaders, here group discussions are really meaningful:
• To explore the best practices of participant schools among the other participants
• School leaders can share their concerns with other participants and get the best solutions through group discussions (by the school leaders for the school leaders)
• To create a sense of sharing.

Fun & relationship development:
The program also includes local sightseeing, social evening etc so that school leaders can spend good time together and develop a good relationship with other schools which could also turn into exchange programs of various practices, teachers & students, etc.

Program is meant for school principals, owner managers & senior teachers who are looking for implementing changes for a better education.
